CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT OPT-OUT FORM (2027-28)
Before You Opt-Out
Southwest Christian Academy uses Continuous Enrollment to reserve a seat for each currently enrolled student from year to year. If you do not intend for your student to return next school year, you may opt out using this form.
Important: To avoid the annual non-refundable enrollment fee, this opt-out form must be submitted no later than February 15.
If you’re unsure, or if your decision is connected to finances, scheduling, or a family situation, we would genuinely prefer to help. Please contact our office before opting out so we can talk through options and next steps.
Friendly Reminder About Next Steps
Submitting this opt-out form tells us that you do not intend to return for the 2027–28 school year, and it allows SCA to offer your student’s seat to another family.
If your plans change later, we’ll be glad to speak with you. If your family is in good financial and behavioral standing with the school, we would be happy to welcome you back if space is available. However, because your student’s seat may be offered to another family, returning after opting out requires:

Completing a new student application, and
-
Paying any new student processing fees that apply at that time.
For that reason, if you are not completely sure, we encourage you to contact us first so we can help you make the best decision for your family.
