It’s Time for Southwest Christian Academy’s Spring Fundraiser!

Dear Parents and Participants,
We are very excited to share that we’ve partnered with All-Star Fundraising LLC to raise funds for the purchase of Chromebooks and updated wifi equipment this year! For our upcoming event, we will be selling the delicious Wooden Spoon® Cookie Dough. Price will range from $17 to $18. Remember this will be the perfect sweet treat to take or bake for Easter celebration.
Top seller in preschool (PK2-PK4) will receive a free week of childcare.. A $100 bill prize will be awarded to the highest seller in K-6 and $100 to the highest seller in 7-12. All winners must sell at least 12 items, or $200 worth of product to be eligible to win the cash. Also, the teacher whose class has 100% participation, meaning they all sold a minimum of 5 products each, will receive $100 in cash.

To get started, copy and paste the link below to register for your online store. Once it’s time to start selling, don’t forget to have them share their personal store link via text, email, or social media. https://store.myfundraisingplace.com/RegisterSeller/761d350c-25d5-43bd-97ea-b3861c2cf5fa.(This is the link for registration. Their sales link will be emailed to them after the student has been registered.) To sell online or to accept credit cards you must register online. Online Orders must pay online. The online orders will still have to be delivered by the seller since the cookie dough must be refrigerated. Each participant should sell at least 12 items to ensure we reach our goal of $10,000++. Fundraiser Purpose: Chromebooks for classrooms and update the school’s wifi equipment. Southwest Christian Academy will make 40% Profit. That’s incredible!!
Return money and order forms to homeroom teacher by: Wed, Mar 15, 2023. (Please collect all money and, if possible, submit one check to the school made out to SCA.)
Make checks payable to: Southwest Christian Academy -Subject cookie dough fundraiser-name of the supporting child.
When these items are delivered, they will be frozen. It is important they stay frozen until it is time to bake. Orders placed online must still be personally delivered by the sellers since these products cannot be shipped. Delivery date TBA within 1-2 weeks after order submission which is March 15th. And remember, online sales need to be registered on the website above.
